We like two things, People and Hydroponics. We all genuinely enjoy our jobs and really appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to not disappoint you so once you have paid for something, we realise it belongs to you... Why not get it to you ASAP! Not everything can be packed or made to ship in 4 hours but over 90% do (often 100%). We are people, and we shop online. Its terrible when people take a week to dispatch something. OMG! We do have supplier issues sometimes, so if it says backorder we are expecting it and will get it to you as soon as we can.
Also we like to create new products so keep checking us out.

“The Hydrocentre has to be the best in Australia for quality gear & service,, great online shopping with good info & prompt delivery. I live on the mid north coast, I found them quicker delivery than the Sydney stores & their only 3hrs away. Great job guys.”

“We bought our hydroponic system from Hydrocentre and it works beautifully. When I ran out of my solution (Grow research all purpose bloom) I thought I could use one off the shelf from Bunnings. Big mistake. My plants have never looked worse. So happy to be receiving my 2x5L order soon”

“Brilliant service, timely communication, awesome product at reasonable price (very hard to find squat-pots for orchids), and...((drum roll)) delivered in 2 days after ordering, just before Xmas, from Queensland to regional NSW!!!
