Item ordered on 22nd November. Didn’t arrive until the beginning of January. I was Emailed to say the item was dispatched on 5th December but unable to check this or get delivery updates as specified on the dispatch email. Emailed the company 6 times with no reply until well into the new year. Item finally arrived but suggested on the postage slip that the item wasn’t dispatched until the end of December. Item was fine once arrived but took far too long, missed Christmas and the customer service was poor.

** AVOID ** My item has never arrived. They have taken payment with no intention of sending me what I have paid for. I am still waiting 2 months later. If I could give zero stars I would.

The web site says order are shipped out from GB but on the tracking website it said the origin was China, no wonder it took 5-6 weeks or even more to arrive . Also the AirPods aren’t even real they’re fake. Don’t use this website

The sound is good, the battery bad and the blinking lights are annoying. Over all acceptable!

Fake as fake as expected but I still expected them to be good... which they weren’t. They only last about 20 minutes on full charge and they are quite bulky. This being said the sound quality is alright.

Dreadful! I ordered on 28th November for aChristmas present for my nephew, and I still haven’t received the parcel. I wait ages to a response to any emails I send and keep being told it’s on the way! Do either of us believe that now?? 😡 I can’t answer the rest of your questions in this survey as you don’t give an opinion for “it still isn’t here yet!!”

Never order anything from them because you will never receive it, they are a scam company, look at their Facebook page and read all the bad reviews!

Delivery service was very poor I ordered my item on 23rd November it was a Christmas present for my daughters was told delivery was 14-21 days so should have received it before Christmas but I didn't receive my order until 1st January! Sent emails regarding not having received me items yet and just kept getting replies saying it had been shipped and was on its way! Not good enough in my opinion. The product I ordered was very good value for money but just a massive issue with the amount of time it took to receive it.

This has been the worst internet experience I have had. No delivery. No refund. No proper response to emails. I have made a complaint to Shopify. I believe these people are not operating legally.

Received my order of blue tooth wireless earphones in September. As a gift for my partner. After a few days we realised they do not work properly. They cut out, don't hold charge, make a crackle noise. Stopped working . I emailed and was told i would get a refund. After months of chasing and not received my refund i was then told i need to return the goods then they wil refund. But i was not ever told that for the first few months of chasing. I have since been out of the country so will now send them back this week and hope i finally get my refund. I have all email correspondence as evidence. Terrible service. Very unhappy

Sent to billing address instead of postal address. Actual product loses power very quickly and the product itself is much cheaper elsewhere (brand etc was not provided prior to sale so could only compare after).

I placed order on 22 November,plenty of time to receive this before xmas. You took payment on 23rd November. It stated delivery would take 10 - 25 days. I then chased this on the 10th December, you sent an email saying it would arrive shortly. I then chased again on 19th Dec this time asking several questions - which were ignored by your company and you just emailed the same response as before, clearly just a generic message. I then emailed to cancel my order as it was clear to see my goods would not arrive by xmas. Again my email request for a refund was ignored. I then purchased the Ear Buds from another supplier because I needed to make sure they were here in time to give the gift on the 25th December (my new supplier delivery next day).................... My order with your company eventually arrived on the 29th DECEMBER despite me putting in writing that I wished to be refunded - so it took your company 37 days to deliver my order !!!!! This means I am out of pocket as I ended up having to purchase a second pair as you failed to refund my money despite taking well over a month to deliver the goods
