“I informed i7Pro that my product was faulty, they eventually responded and asked me to return and would give me a refund, at this point I had looked at the reviews, I wish I had done that before I purchased. I asked if they could refund me then I would return the product as the reviews were very damming and I was worried that I would not get my refund, the responce I received from AJ was ‘mate, just get lost’ Unbelievable !! I then put up a review in Trustpiolet, the response was ‘okay, lol’ I would never use this company again”

“Waste of money took forever to get here when it finally does you can’t make r receive call using them stupid EarPods I have to turn off the Bluetooth to receive calls .... utter waste of money I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM To NOBODY...they probably from China smh disappointed”

“Ordered the headphones at the beggining of december,were due 24th december at the latest (were a christmas present),eventho they were going to be late now i gave them the benefit of the doubt that prior to christmas and over christmas post could be delayed,emailed them 3rd of jan they said they are in transit....its now the 10th januray and still no sign of them!”

“I placed an order on 27th November and had not had any communication regarding despatch of these goods so on the 12th Dec I contacted them asking for the order to be cancelled and for a full refund made. There was no response until on the 17th December an email was sent saying goods despatched and the day after I received a reply to my email of the 12th saying item had now been sent. It is now the 9th January and I have still not received anything.”
