“I ordered on 21st Nov for a Christmas present was told 10-25 days tracked plenty of time but after many emails not replied to it did not arrive until 3rd January I had to return and pay return delivery very unimpressed”

“I liked the quality as in sound . But the charge doesn’t last long after 10mins it tells me I need power . Having charged it for hours even from night to morning. Don’t know if mine are faulty . I stopped using them .”

“I ordered my goods on 23 Nov. And was told delivery should be. 15 days. I left for a holiday on 31 Dec and the goods were still not delivered. I sent several emails and each time I was told the goods were on their way. I am away to the end of Jan so whether the have arrived I still don't know.”

“My delivery arrived later, different to the picture it arrived so late I couldn’t actually send it back. Not impressed as it was meant to be a birthday present but after seeing the poor quality I didn’t want to give it, especially after it arrived after Christmas.”
