“I liked the quality as in sound . But the charge doesn’t last long after 10mins it tells me I need power . Having charged it for hours even from night to morning. Don’t know if mine are faulty . I stopped using them .”

“Ordered goods on Black Friday. Estimated delivery was 10 to 25 days so should have arrived in plenty of time after Xmas. Actually arrived about a week after Xmas. As the order was an Xmas present then I was not impressed.”

“I ordered my goods on 23 Nov. And was told delivery should be. 15 days. I left for a holiday on 31 Dec and the goods were still not delivered. I sent several emails and each time I was told the goods were on their way. I am away to the end of Jan so whether the have arrived I still don't know.”

“My delivery arrived later, different to the picture it arrived so late I couldn’t actually send it back. Not impressed as it was meant to be a birthday present but after seeing the poor quality I didn’t want to give it, especially after it arrived after Christmas.”

“Ordered November, didn’t arrive in time for Christmas tried to cancel order and received an automatic email response then wrong items arrived in January ordered iPhone EarPods and got sent ones you can get off eBay for £10. So disappointed as Couldn’t give my Kids what they really wanted for Christmas now I am left with the expense of sending the wrong ones back to hopefully get a refund but the way this purchase has went I am worried I will never see my money again.”
