“I made purchas on 6 December 2018?and until now did not receive my product. I was contacting twice by e-mail and on second e- mail got response that soon my product will be with me. I tried to call on company phone number many times but there was not any response. Hope so I will get my item soon.”

“Unfortunately I have had very poor service , I ordered an item on the 27 November for a Christmas gift which still hasn't arrived. Whenever I emailed them they just responded with the same automated email. They have only responded to my email this week and have finally agreed to refund me the money.”

“Wasn’t sure at first when my earphones would arrive but after I sent an email I got one back saying they would arrive shortly. A few days later they came. Would’ve preferred constant updates like they said they would do but they got here eventually. Earphones are really good quality though can’t complain”

“Hi , I am extremely disappointed with your company as I still have not received my order. The first order didn't arrive as you supposedly ran out of stock, I e- mailed you about this matter as you had taken my payment. The payment was refunded, and another payment has been taken and the goods have not arrived. I do wonder if I shall receive any compensation for my inconvensience. This is the reason for my low score. Regards A Wilson”
