“Do not buy from this company. Ordered air pods and fast charger for my sons Christmas. Ordered in November. Just received fast charger on 5th January. Still not received the air pods. Terrible company. Asked for a refund. No reply!”

“I was very unhappy with time span it took t arrive 6 weeks in total unacceptable and was ordered for christmas gift which again it did not reach me in time and my son was minus a gift which he wanted I would not order again because of this reason and i emailed twice and got fobbed off with it been sent poor customer service ..... my advice order 6 months in advance”

“I ordered well before Christmas was told it would be here by 23rd December, got an email saying it had been shipped. It's now the 13th of January and I don't have my item or money returned. This was a Christmas present for someone, not happy.”

“Ordered earphones, paid for them and two days later had an email saying that my payment had been refunded, no reason why so I sent an email asking if they were out of stock and have had no response at all. Waste of time!”

“I hadn't heard of i7Pro prior to placing an order and really wasn't sure if I had done the right thing, ordering 4 items a month before Christmas. Communication seemed a little slow and non specific, but then there must have been hundreds of orders to deal with based on the amazing price of the offers, so they were probably inundated. True to their word, two items turned up in time for Christmas and the recipients were more than delighted. I accepted a refund on the remaining two items due to a mix up but given the choice, would much rather have had the items instead - nevertheless, I can honestly say I would recommend using this company, but please have patience when waiting for your orders to be delivered. I have rated them Good, only because I feel there are a few improvements to be made in their communications/customer service, otherwise it would have been Very Good! Thank you :-)”

“It is a scam website. I bought £60 worthth of products and it’s been over a month and I haven’t received my stuff. If you email them they send you the exact same message every time. I REPEAT DO NO PURCHASE OFF THIS SITE!”
