The ear buds when arrived were good however I ordered 22nd November for xmas gift and they arrived 28th December which was very disappointing to say the least They were an xmas gift and I believe I ordered in plenty of time so I would say order months in advance for this is poor.

Awful. Never again! They shipped wrong merchandise and on top of it I had to pay € 40,- to DHl for Duty and delivery. These Chargers were Not forecasted or predicted ! Customer Service Management is terrible and total unprofessional!

Well I did purchase a pair of earphones and never received them and 10 E mails later and still nothing , had to give 1 star to write the review I would left 0 stars

I brought these as a Christmas present for my teenage son. He absolutely loves them! They were easy to order, very reasonably priced and delivery was very quick. He set them up easily with no problems and uses them all the time.

Extremely disappointed that order did not arrive in time for Christmas. The order was placed in good time. I sent a number of emails asking when I could expect to receive. It took some time to get the reply which was just a standard email and told me nothing. Will not use again

Never received item they just put a refund back in my account without any explanation to why the item didn’t get sent would stay clear

Ordered 2 pairs of ipod style earphones 3days apart mid November thinking I'd have them by Christmas... 1st pair arrived Dec 30th. Still waiting for 2nd pair. Can't fault the pair that arrived, £9.99

Only one ear pod connects, since heard it's a common problem and no customer service to answer emails to resolve the issue, totally unacceptable

I ordered 4weeks before Christmas and expected a delvery for a family present. It was not delivered in spite of reports that it was on its way so I demanded e refund and got one promptly. I do not think I will be using you again.

Ordered item start of Dec, arrived around a month later, when emailed they were very quick to reply and advised due to the busy Christmas period may be a bit longer to arrive. Item it perfect didn’t mind the wait. Thank you very much

Would never order from them again, the item was ordered in November and arrived January 5th!! So a pretty useless Christmas gift 😡. When I emailed to track parcel, it took over 4 days to reply and then it was a generated/automated reply so of no use at all and finally, I ordered Apple iPods and I didn’t receive Apple iPods at all, just standard everyday ones that I could have got from anywhere in one day not 2mnths!!!!! To say I’m angry is an understatement
