“I brought these as a Christmas present for my teenage son. He absolutely loves them! They were easy to order, very reasonably priced and delivery was very quick. He set them up easily with no problems and uses them all the time.”

“Extremely disappointed that order did not arrive in time for Christmas. The order was placed in good time. I sent a number of emails asking when I could expect to receive. It took some time to get the reply which was just a standard email and told me nothing. Will not use again”

“Ordered 2 pairs of ipod style earphones 3days apart mid November thinking I'd have them by Christmas... 1st pair arrived Dec 30th. Still waiting for 2nd pair. Can't fault the pair that arrived, £9.99”

“Would never order from them again, the item was ordered in November and arrived January 5th!! So a pretty useless Christmas gift 😡. When I emailed to track parcel, it took over 4 days to reply and then it was a generated/automated reply so of no use at all and finally, I ordered Apple iPods and I didn’t receive Apple iPods at all, just standard everyday ones that I could have got from anywhere in one day not 2mnths!!!!! To say I’m angry is an understatement”

“I order an earphone from i7pro on September 2018. Since then untill now (Jan 2018) I did not get a product from i7pro. I try to send them an email many time, first they tell me to wait because the product was oversell so I wait untill november then I try to refund the money (because it’s so long to wait). But untill now I did not get any answer or the refund from them. Very very bad service.”

“Did not connect properly and when we could finally get both working at the same time the quality was awful. i7Pro kept promising new improved stock to replace and finally after two months I got a refund but only through Paypal. Buyer beware !”
