“I have put an order with “expedited services” (with a fee) whereby my order was to be delivered by 4 business days. Unfortunately UPS didnot deliver in time and I was resent the order. I appreciated the fact that my order was re-made and re-sent. However I had to request the “expedited service” fee multiple times until a reissue. Overall my order took about 3wks to complete.”

“iCanvas chooses to ship their prints without even a simple plastic covering to protect them from the elements. While I’m sure some supply chain manager and/or accountant calculated a cost/benefit analysis showing that losses from cheaper shipping methods are offset by supply savings, these bean counters fail to consider the hassle and loss customers this creates. For goodness sake, if the extra 5 cents in materials and labor it costs to protect your costly products is too much, I’d rather you just pass that along. You’ve lost a customer over a nickel.”

“Box was damaged, however picture was ok. This is the second time shipping carton was damaged. Last canvas I purchased was damaged and I received a refund. Merchandise needs packed better. I’m hesitant to order anything additional.”

“I can always count on icanvas to provide quality canvas art. Sometimes I will find art on a different website that I like, but then I will go to icanvas to see if they also have that same art, and if they do, I will be able to purchase it for much less.”
