“Ordering and Shipping were fast and convenient. The quality of the print is great, and I’ve gotten lots of compliments. Personally, the part of icanvas that knocks iff a star for me is the gimmicky pricing structure. I looked one day at the price before I ordered, and when I decided to buy a few days later, it had gone up by $10. That “sale” had ended and a new one had started. You can get radically different prices depending on the sale. So I had to wait a few weeks to order until the right sale came back. It might be a smart business strategy, I don’t know, but it was a turn off for me.”

“The prints were exactly the colors seen on the website. I purchased 3 frame less canvases in 32x48in. They were all slightly off square which challenged our hanging and one has a small buckle in the canvas that I couldn't stretch out. Overall though, once up they look good. I would post pictures but don't do # anything”

“The selection process was easy as well as the order process. The paintings are exactly as expected and the price was reasonable. The only issue that I have is that one of the three sections of this painting has some minor damage to the bottom corners. Almost looks like the painting was packed into the styrofoam before the paint was completely dry.”

“Two of the three canvas pictures that I ordered were great and CS was attentive. Unfortunately one canvas came damaged which they gladly took back. The replacement picture was sent and when compared to the original the colors are washed out and dull so I had to take a star away. Otherwise the service was fine.”

“I have ordered a total of 4 canvas's and they all delivered in excellent condition and are just as vibrant and lovely as advertised. I knocked off one star only due to it taking a while to receive my orders...but honestly, it's probably worth it for the quality of the product.”

“I love this image of Princess Hyacinth. The delivery came on time and the canvas was in good condition. I hung it on two nails...took away one star for no hanging hardware. Otherwise, it looks just as I imagined...”

“I like the company. I like the products. But their quality control is not as good as it should be. They say everything is hand-framed which means someone should see issues with the print and not ship something when there is an obvious issue. iCanvas was great and took care of it but the fact is the art should never have left their warehouse. (That was one piece. a second one of the eight was also messed up, but I didn't say anything. I fixed it with a Sharpie.)”

“I love the canvases, they are beautiful. It does seem like some of the color easily rubs off, leaving speckled white canvas poking through. I'm not sure if the ink you guys are using is strong enough to bind to the canvas or not. Other than that I was impressed with how un-pixilated and clear it turned out (26x40).”
