“The painting came quickly and it was good quality, however, my dad (the receiver of the painting) pointed out that it was a bit zoomed in so it didn’t have the effect of the original painting. However, this would not deter me from purchasing more. I plan to fill my future home with many purchases from iCanvas :)”

“Picture was cool. My son really liked it. It barely got here before Christmas, shipping was really slow. Came packaged nicely and was in perfect shape upon arrival.”

“Picture looks exactly like online. Beautiful, but gave four stars because frame on back of canvas is little warped which makes picture not hang flat on wall. This may be because I ordered a large picture.”

“Purchase was easy and the product was good. The hanging instructions and tools were a little confusing so I had to improvise and use my own tools. The thing I dislike is the promotion. They use this marketing technique that the deal will end soon. I bought the paint and a few days later, there was an even better discount. I didn't complain or tried to return the item because it is lame and it would waste too much time. I like the canvas after all.”

“Everything was great. The only thing was I have these shipped to a broker which cost me 5$ per package. I ordered 4 items and they all shipped seperately . So it cost me 20$ . Not a big deal but would have been nice if they shipped together.”

“My order included three canvas selections that arrived in a few days. All three are absolutely beautiful. Four stars for that. My reason for not giving five stars is because all three separate boxes arrived missing the mounting hardware and obstructions. Customers Services saved the day by mailing the missing kits.”

“The actual painting goes a bit higher above the mountain peak than this one. Other wise I am happy with my purchase. On my first delivery I had to return it due to a defect and it was easy and quick. I respect that in a company.”

“Update 7/12/23 Customer service reached out after I submitted pictures of the prints. Their customer service member was very helpful and acknowledged the quality issues of the prints and iCanvas is replacing all 3 pictures at no additional charge without the mirror images on the edges and bottoms. I have not yet received the prints to verify yet, so 4 stars for now. Will update once replacements are recieved. Signature of artist printed multiple times on bottom and corner where print wraps. One print has the title printed backwards on the bottom of the print. The third print has a scratch (not from shipping) down the front of the print. I will not be ordering prints from iCanvas again.”

“I had a good experience with iCanvas. I had a coupon which nearly halved the price of the painting I purchased. the canvas took almost a week to ship, but other than that i have no complaints. Looks great in my living room!”

“Great experience, lots of options, high quality and everthing arrived to Canada in a timely manner. The downside was the shipping and duty fees. I wish those were lower and is a general issue when shipping from US to Canada.”
