“Service was fine. Prints are beautiful. Canvas frames are a little cheap. The larger print is warped hanging on the wall because the frame is thin. Smaller prints are okay.”

“Product was as ordered with on-time delivery. The canvas paintings were to be put up with anchors. A little cheap and a lot more work, so I installed a wire on the back side. They look wonderful”

“The canvas prints were nice and were delivered in good condition in a timely manner. The hanging hardware (screws with anchors only) were not appropriate for these canvases. We had to get our own.”

“Very happy with my purchase! It arrived quickly and undamaged. I would have purchased a frame too but I only saw that it was offered in black and white and I wanted brown. I would definitely order from iCanvas again and I would definitely recommend.”

“Very fast delivery (delivered to Quebec, Canada). One of the canvas (the biggest - 40x26) has pretty low resolution, so it was very disappointing. The other (26x18) was was perfect with great resolution.”

“I received a canvas print from iCanvas and it came with some indentations from packaging . I wouldn't call it "damage" per se, but I wanted to point out to the companies' support team that thy should review their packaging procedures. I was given the opportunity to have the print replaced, but the indentation on one corner of the print was not enough of a problem for me to return it. I was satisfied that I got the point across, and am satisfied with the whole experience. Maybe I can nudge a little discount on a future purchase ? ;) Peace, Arne”

“I got a great deal on a painting my boyfriend really wanted. It shipped quickly and when it wasn't the right size, the returns process was pretty easy. It would be easier if it was automated and didn't require and back-and-forth e-mail exchange but I got it taken care of quickly and smoothly. I just mailed the return today so I still don't know how quickly my money will be returned but so far, so good!”

“The print was exactly what I ordered and love it. Gave 4 stars because I got an entirely different canvas the first time and had to have it reordered which was annoying. They let me keep it instead of returning it so I gave it away.”

“I ordered some wall art with Dean Russo images as a Christmas gift for my SIL who lives in another city in Canada. I appreciated the constant updates on the status of my order (received, shipped, delivered ) including tracking information. The items arrived well in advance of Christmas. My only beef is that she received a bill for duty when the package was delivered. I would have appreciated knowing this and being able to pay it in advance. Bad manners to send it to the recipient! She LOVED the products, so all ended well. I will order from this company again.”

“The canvas is great! But it arrived with a bubble/crinkle in the Lower right side, almost looks like the canvas wasn’t pulled tight enough in that corner to stay intact.”

“I ordered five pieces. Love them all. The colors are exactly what you see when you place your order. The reason for only a 4 star rating is because the canvas looks wrinkled on one piece in a corner. Of course my eyes go right to that spot each time I look at it. Others might not notice it however so I decided to keep it. I plan on ordering more pieces.”
