“Your products are very good. There is consistent and fine quality in the stretching and placing of canvas on wood frames. Selection is vast and quite superb. Customer service is timely, courteous and thorough.”

“The reproduction was terrible. Muddy, blurry, and absolutely not what I expected; the jpg showing the advert was clearer than this bad repro I got. I immediately emailed requesting a refund for these reasons. OTOH, although customer service put me thru quite a few hoops for a return, I did eventually get my money back, and they did not want the product back, saving shipping costs, resources, and my time. FWIW - it should be enough that the customer clearly explains the first time why they want/need to return an item. I did not appreciate the time wasted by the many emails I had to send back and forth restating what I had first given as my reason for return. And in the end, ICanvas realized that yes, it was a crappy product, because they didn't even want it back, it had zero value to them. I cannot see myself ordering anything from this company again.”

“The communication was poor. I received the delivery prior to the status being updated. Lucky I was home. I had to fix 2 of 3 items I ordered from icanvas as the glass had popped out of the frame. After examining the frame it appears that it was never secured correctly as about 1/2 the tabs that hold the glass were not used prior the item was packaged for delivery. I fixed this myself but for the money I spent I shouldn't of had to. The artwork itself is great and looks good on my walls.”

“The X-Large painting is a beautiful high quality print. There was no pixelating and they provided the necessary resources to ensure your walls are protected when you hang it up. My only piece of critical feedback would be that a printed copy of directions are included in the packaging opposed to a QR code. My code was damaged so I had to do a little searching.”

“You would have to ask my brother the recipient of this product. He is definitely a die hard fan of Jimi Hendrix and really was ecstatic when I got him two canvas (purchased at different time) of his beloved artist. He has placed them on a special wall in his home.”
