“I loved the prints, but I had to install the hardware myself for hanging them on the wall”

“The pictures online capture the true colors of the prints. The only issue is not being able to return very large orders f you change your mind.”

“Canvases were delivered in a reasonable time period. They were also very good at letting me know about an issue with an image I sent to have put on canvas. Since I couldn't make the image larger, they cancelled and quickly refunded the money.”

“I ordered 4 canvases from the USA to Dubai. All were delivered in a timely and professional manner. They were well packaged, however the corners and tops of two of the canvases were damaged (prior to packing i would imagine). The actual print and pictures look good though. Shame freight cost was more than the canvases otherwise i would order more. Great selection and some really unique designs. Website is a good experience too, even just for scanning through.”

“Order received via UPS and both boxes appeared to have been opened in transit with obvious damage to one print caused by copper packaging stapes scratching print. iCanvas was contacted and was quickly responsive and replacement sent. Minor scuff to one corner of replacement print, noticeable but not worth additional time to replace though I'm certain iCanvas would accommodate.”

“The print is beautiful and in great shape. Sturdy and well made. I will use my own mounting hardware although some came with the print ordered. My only issue is that this was delivered during a pretty heavy rain storm and was left on the doorstep. I know this will make shipping more expensive but if there is any way they could shrink wrap to protect from wet damage I would have given 5 stars.”

“Received art work and it was in perfect condition. My only concern is the the little red clips in the back of canvas that kept coming off. I wish there was a how to video for instructions on hanging the art.”

“The canvas was not tightly stapled/spread evenly. The picture came out great but the it was put together sloppy. There’s also a small indentation in part of the picture, but not worth sending back and waiting a month for a new one.”

“Love the picture! Pattern was well marked. Paints were good, although some were a little thick. Easily fixed with a drop or two of water. Brushes were just OK, particularly smallest one. Will buy again.”

“I purchased Royalty...it's a beautiful portrait but the only drawback for me was the white canvas. Would have perfer natural or golden background as it clashes with my other canvas prints.”

“Canvas "doggies and wildlife" watching Santa "flying" throuhg the sky on his sled and reindeer was very colorfull and cute. Frame is made of simple pine wood and is not extra strong, but does the job.”

“Service was all in all good but being from Canada you should use a different shipping service than UPS because every shipment came out of 14.95 shipment charge which I was not aware of. I ordered 4 prints and they all came individually boxed at different times, in my opinion they should’ve been shipped in one box elevate 3 charges.”

“Our stunning Jean Michel Basquiat canvas arrived promptly considering we ordered from Australia. The print itself is amazing & we are so happy we were able to choose a very large size. However, I do have a few negatives to note - 1. We chose to use stick on adhesive tape to hang the picture but the canvas fell off the wall as the tape did not adhere to the smooth wood frame. 2. The canvas is a little loose in the middle. Another piece of wood running vertically in the middle at the back of the canvas joining the frame would make it sturdier. 3. We paid almost the same price in delivery as the canvas itself. I understand it came from the US to Australia but I did ask if the canvas could be sent without the frame and was told no. Overall, we love our new artwork and admire looking at it everyday.”

“I found the product too expensive and don't feel at that price, the owner should have to tighten the product. I have never bought a canvas print and had to tighten it up myself. It still is not tight enough. The print itself if pretty.”
