“Nice pictures, fast shipping. But shipping each item in its own box is wasteful. I know they say it is to protect the artwork, but just wrap them in plain paper and put multiple pieces in one box! They are flat canvases, nothing should puncture another one.”

“Would have rated 2-stars due to receiving the wrong artwork for 1 of the 3 items I ordered if not for the phenomenal customer service I received. I raised the issue and had a new item shipped and received within 10 days. All items were packaged and in good condition upon arrival.”

“It was faster than I expected I was only disappointed by the scratches that appears to only be on the bigger pictures only and I spent a lot because I'm big on art. But other than that I give it 5 stars the scratches won't be a big deal with someone who has the right supplies to fix them but other than that they are beautiful.”

“I love iCanvas. I always gett such a great quality print. One issue I do have is the packaging during Christmas. My mom ordered me a Loui Jover and the box came and ruined the surprise. I had to ship my mothers painting to a neighbor so her surprise wasn't ruined.”

“The box came with a giant boot print on it from the shipper. But the picture inside was undamaged. So points for great packing job. The print its self is very nice. It is however, less vibrant than the original. The colors are quite a bit softer. But it works. Also thru the middle of the print is a faint line that seems like the printer reset or something. I bothers me but I'm super picky. I bought it for a gift and no one but me ever noticed the line. That being said I would still order again from this company. The delivery was super fast. Over all I'm pleased. If it wasn't for that silly line, I'd have given it 5 stars.”

“Always shipped in a good sturdy box. Considering this particular order - I should have gotten a larger canvas of this one, as the image I chose lacks detail in the smaller size I purchased. iCanvas always backs up their work. If you have a problem they remedy the situation.”

“I love the prices and selection but found it hard to track my order. When the pictures arrived I had to open them to see what they were because they went to different locations. ( beach home, mountain home) I would have liked some identification on the box. But they were packed very well!”

“Beautiful picture - was a tad uneven (noticeable once hung) and top of picture had some scratches on canvas where paint or picture was chipped off. LOVE this picture though- wish it did not have the small scratches on the top”

“We have purchased before and really love this product. I would have given 5 stars, however this purchase the canvases were stretched tight, and given shims to do it yourself. Which would've been fine, but one was missing a shim. We made it work, though. I also had ordered the wrong size by accident and the customer service was EXCELLENT!”

“When my canvas arrived with some scratched areas they were quick to send me a replacement. The form for replacement is pretty easy to fill out and get moving.”

“The canvas print I ordered is perfect and I couldn't be happier. The shipping was a problem though, as the delivery company was hard to contact. We weren't home when they came and it took another week of email etc to find our package. But still- I am so happy now that it is here!”

“Ordered the large Tri panel Saguaro Forest Love it...service was great. Only reason did not give it a 5 star is that the panels are not exactly square which causes difficulty in hanging a tri panel. We successfully hung it by buying a simple hanging system called Blink”
