“The print I bought was beautifully packaged and safe when delivered. I really appreciate the care. I noticed that the bottom of my print was unfinished with the printing. Otherwise, I love it.”

“I was looking for someone to take a print of a piece of artwork and put it in a frame without costing me a ton of money. I found Icanvas, they had the same piece of artwork and I could chose the size and type of frame. I took a chance with them and it turned out perfectly! Shipping took a bit longer than expected, probably due to covid. Overall I was very satisfied.”

“We love both prints! They are exactly like the images shown in the catalog. However both were slightly damaged during shipping (indentations on the canvas from something having pressed on the box, some of the paint scraped off the edge).”

“We were looking for a large art piece for a big vacant stairway wall. I found a photo that was taken near us, so got a 60" canvas. It didn't hang straight at first. So my husband laid it flat in our utility with books on each corner for a couple days. It hangs perfectly. We love it!!”

“The painting came quickly and in perfect condition. Although it is a canvas it is a little shiny so not as real of an appearance. The colors are just what I wanted so all in all I am pleased.”

“I had an issue with the workmanship of my ordered canvases. Matt from customer service was very nice and professional and he had the order redone without my returning the defective art. HOWEVER, one if my complaints was that there was visible print on the sides of the art work as if a second image was started. This problem WAS NOT corrected in the redo. But at this point there was no sense in complaining as it seems this problem is inherent in the process. The second problem with the centering lines was somewhat corrected by keeping the lines equidistant from the edges of the frame. My choice would have been to eliminate them totally”

“The images turned out wonderful, no complaints there. I had an issue with the packaging: the top of the box is closed with heavy duty stapled. When I opened it and pulled out the canvas, it got scratched by the staples. Be careful when removing the canvas. I think, iCanvas should not use staples but glue instead to avoid this.”

“This was my first time buying from iCanvas; pleasantly surprised with both my orders and no major complaints. Both canvas pieces are very much like descriptions online, nicely detailed and vivid colors. This would have been five stars if the frames had attached hanging hardware and brackets attached ( I've become accustomed to them). I would definitely shop here again.”

“Easy purchase site. But I had mt address mixed up and I'd had a horrible experience getting art shipped from this artist and this time the same thing nearly happened when my address was input wrong and I thought it was a scam but managed to get th rough and sort it. As was the payment. It was doubly withdrawn albeit returned 4 days after. Previous purchases from iCanvas are seamless from order to payment. Fast. No issues with delivery.”

“Order was timely - not exactly as pictured but since the canvas size I got was a bit awkward it still works. I have ordered a second item, framed print, and have a third order, canvas, in mind.”
