“I ordered a tryptich canvas, and the wooden frame on one of the pieces was warped. It's not super noticeable, but it did make hanging the canvas very challenging, and it wasn't warped enough to warrant the hassle of sending back and exchanging. I would order other products from icanvas again to see if this is a frequent occurrence, or of this was a one-time issue.”

“I am happy with my experience and service from iCanvas. We ordered many prints and though many of them came damaged, they were replaced with little fuss. UPS sent me an absolute deluge of phone calls to investigate the damage and that was a hassle to deal with. Over all I was pleased with the products and the turnaround time, especially when iCanvas sent out replacements. I would appreciate it if iCanvas made it clear to UPS that they did not expect the damaged goods to be shipped back.”

“Love the colors in this picture. Enhances my bathroom wall for sure. Since it is canvas and was package properly I was a little disappointed that there was a small crease in the lower right side of picture. Nothing that would warrant returning or not enjoying the picture. I would recommend and buy more.”

“First item arrived damaged by shipper. iCanvas customer support took care of it immediately. Replacement was arrived quickly. I absolutely love it. Read provided flyer instructions on how to take care of your canvas. Made all the difference. Would def recommend and purchase from iCanvas again.”

“We got the wall art " purple prosperity tree"for my daughter for Christmas . She absolutely loves it! It has beautiful colors and was perfect for hanging over her bed as a focal point. She couldn't be happier with it. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is delivery time was a bit slow and it was delivered with the end flaps open ..but, that is expected during the Christmas season and with the supply and labor shortage. Great product. Thanks so much!”

“I love the (3 part) canvas that we got. It was made rather cheaply tho. We had to restaple in places. Other than that we are very happy with it altho I would be semi hesitant to buy again.”

“I ordered 4 prints. One was a flawed printing, so they replaced graciously at no cost. The new one they sent was scraped. So 3/4 were perfect, but still, 25% error rate is pretty high.”

“I purchased 2 canvas pieces. They are both beautiful! One arrived in perfect condition. The 2nd order arrived with some "waves" or not stretched correctly. The back "inserts" are in 1 direction only, so I am unable to correct. Not a "huge" deal, but not as nice as the 1st one.”
