“I was really disappointed with this ornament. Overall the customer service was great, but what I had received was a cheap piece of metal with my dogs face on it. I genuinely could have made it myself and saved 20 bucks. The company is really nice but I won’t be getting my ornaments from there anymore.”

“Labels turned out fine. But the way they are advertised as if you can customize them. It is an additional fee to do. That should be explained in the description.”

“I just received the labels today 10/16/18 they look good but I have not try to label water bottles yet that will be later hopefully everything will be great”

“I paid extra money for 6-9 day shipping and the label came 2 days later. I feel like I was scammed a bit to pay the extra money for the shipping when it wasn’t necessary. The labels do look great though.”

“Had a slight glitch with delivery because changes for the order weren't received in time to deliver by the date needed. However, received a digital file instead. Shipping fee was refunded. Good customer service and would recommend”

“While I am impressed with he speed of shipping and overall design of the product received, I was disappointed that the image on the screen looked like it was a shinny gold label, but they were just flat gold instead of gold foil looking.”

“The printing quality is acceptable but not impressive. The glue seems a bit weak as well but also acceptable.”

“The gauge of the paper was saying like looseleaf paper. And when you peeled it from the sheet it would have all of the little paper prongs still hanging on the label so that was in a clean line on the label. Overall OK if you’re experimenting or going to be used as a throwaway.”
