“I could not find the books I wanted. I finally tracked down the company that made them and that was igloobooks. I made my order and the books came within a few days. I now have one very happy nephew.”

“Four books supplied correctly and promptly. And when I advised a day after placing the order, that the receiving address needed to change (my fault), they did the change of address pronto and the order was dispatched and received correctly at the new address. Brilliant service! Thanks very much.”

“We ordered two noisy books for my son (they play a song)- Humpty dumpy and head shoulders knees and toes. Humpty doesn't work at all but the other is fine. We called the number supplied on the front of the invoice and it's not the right number and so we now have to do some exploring to try and find the correct number and hopefully get a replacement. I wish I'd just used Amazon or another book supplier instead :(”
