Not happy! One book didn't work on opening battery compartment battery was all corroded. Other items were good thanks

One of the books does not work. Which is a shame. As for the others they are for Christmas so not tried them.

The first parcel I received had no content, so contacted customer service and sent books which I received 2 days later, with apology.

My grandson had an igloo book and I thought the ones I ordered would be similar but these ones although bright and colourful they don't play the tune all the way through. The previous book has a little carrying handle and the new ones don't.

I have ordered books earlier, and was happy with them. Not overly happy with the last order. The sound books were very exciting for our toddler (vehicle sounds), but the design of this book is so poor.. there is no way a toddler can make the buttons work! Takes an adult to push the buttons to produce the noises. Whoever came up with such design for a child book had no idea what they were doing.

I was very pleased with my purchase from igloo books my little boy was so pleased with his little green tractor book. The book arrived very prompt but I must say I was very disappointed with the cost of post. The book cost £4.99 and the posting 12.99 just because I lived in Northern Ireland. I was even willing to order £20 worth for free p&p but unfortunately because of my address I couldn't avail of this wonderful offer.

Books not bad but opening complexities for my little boy eventually leads to them breaking up cos of size and thickness

The order contained exactly what was ordered and was well packaged. As the postage was going to be £12+ to the Isle of Man I arranged to have free delivery to a friend's address on the UK Mainland. So far so good, order accepted with confirmation it would be delivered to that address. It didn't arrive on the stated day of delivery but, very strangely, the parcel arrived at my home on the Isle of Man the following day! No postage charge - very odd - but I'm not grumbling, just wonder what went wrong and why I wasn't notified about the change. Am a little wary about ordering again as I've no idea where items would be sent or if there would be a postage cost!

Prompt delivery and it looks like a nice sticker/info book that I received, but I thought I was ordering a different book which looks very similar with the same name, so a bit confusing. The book I wanted is isbn 978-1-84817-762-8 as my daughter had borrowed it from her school library and wanted it for Christmas. Do you sell the book I was trying to get hold of? Be greatful to get a copy. Thanks

One book was missing. Had to contact to point this out although they said they had e mailed to say book ordered was unavailable. Did not receive this e mail. Replacement sent by return.

I am sorry to inform you that after writing a great review for your children's books, i have to let you know that they were not exactly as advertised. The music was not accompanied by a singing voice, just the music. I previously bought one in a store which did have singing and thought that what I ordered would be the same. That is my only complaint, since the qualit of the books was excellent.

Love the sound books for my daughter however I received 4 out of 5 books quickly but have still to receive the 5th. I was informed it was out of stock and agreed to have a substitute but it has never arrived so have had to chase up again. The books hemselves are a fabulous purchase though!

Books are great, but one of the wind up toys didn't work, so contacted customer service who said they would try and find me a replacement, but heard nothing since!

Fairly happy with purchase although the packaging arrive damaged. Luckily most of the contents was fine. I did however order a sound book and the plastic sound bar had come loose from the book. It seems like the glue had gone brittle and was no longer fit for purpose. I do not wish to go through the process of returning and replacing so I will have to mend the book myself. I would purchase from website again but will avoid the sound books.

I have NOT received my books. After I placed the order, I received an email from a representative, TOM, from your company stating my order showed that I click on United Kingdom. I didnt click on United Kingdom at all. There was a confusion on my end. I have sent 3 emails since then to that gentlemen by the name of TOM I have NOT receieved an email from him at all. I WANT to know what is going on with my order. I WANT to know what is going n with my order!! I want confirmation that you received my order. I want confirmation on my order number I want confirmation on WHEN Im supposed to receive my order I want your feedback on my order Teresa Q
