Are you able to recover your Investment Funds had to seek help until I was directed to Sharon Oneil sharonrecoveringexperts @ gm ail .c o m and his Recovery company and Foundation helped recover all the money.

I was promised profit by many brokers but it was all lies and deceit. I had lost money trading on a few platforms which i later got to know that they were all scam. They were understanding and patient, took their time to make me understand how it all really works. My money which was $361000 in total was reclaimed and returned back to me including profits. Bought toddler book - the Christmas Story 8 magical sounds - no no no - there are no sounds. Changed batteries no no no - there are no sounds. Rubbish book. So disappointed>

Purchased book which stated in stock. Due to be delivered within 48hrs tracked. No book arrived. Emailed igloobooks. Was told not in stock and will arrive within 1-2 weeks in warehouse. Would not guarantee delivery before Christmas. It’s only the 6/12 today. Still advertising book as in stock. Asked for a refund, no communication from them as of yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered two sound books. Firstly they attempted delivery four times and just left a card saying they would re- deliver. No option to specify a day or go collect from local post office. After a phone call to your customer services I was told they were going to try delivering that day between 1 and 2pm so made arrangements to make sure I was home. Nothing. They finally delivered at the start of the following week and luckily my partner was at home. On opening my parcel however, only one book appears to be working. The other the batteries are flat. I am now going I have to purchase new batteries.

Made an order a month ago (birthday present for my nephew), had to follow up after two weeks as no order appeared. Told the firm had changed suppliers but my order would be delivered that week - with another book by way of apology. Another two weeks later i'm still chasing this order - it's like a black hole. No answer or reply. If their customer service is like this then i imagine that they don't get too many repeat orders.

I had written a 5 star review but after my bad customer service experience I feel I need to change it. I contacted customer sevices by email on Monday. Its is now Friday and no one has bothered to get back to me. Absolutely appalling.

The Humpty dumpy noisy book we purchased doesn't work and it's been impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone to sort out a replacement.

We ordered two noisy books for my son (they play a song)- Humpty dumpy and head shoulders knees and toes. Humpty doesn't work at all but the other is fine. We called the number supplied on the front of the invoice and it's not the right number and so we now have to do some exploring to try and find the correct number and hopefully get a replacement. I wish I'd just used Amazon or another book supplier instead :(

I can't express how very disappointed I was to receive my sticker books. My two pre-schoolers love stickers and activity books and I often use them as treats/rewards to encourage good behaviour over a week or more. I have tried many stucker activity books and these are so disappointing I don't think I can even give them to them. Though they do contain the amount of stickers they quote-(I am making an assumption as I don't have to actually count them) my issue is that these are the tiniest stickers and they are just surplus to requirements rather than being for use in scenes in the book. The books are really flimsy with very few pages. I emailed a few days ago but have not yet had a response I would like to return them for a refund even on special they weren't worth the money.

A week later after ordering i still haven't received the items. I was called to say the couriers tried to deliver twice but couldn't find my house ..... not true. They haven't left calling cards or sent any details about delivery. Not impressed.

I didn't get my complete order. Ordered 7 books and only 4 arrived and you have put down as order complete when it is clearly not. I emailed 2-3 times about my order, no response. I'm very disappointed as this was my first experience ordering from igloo books.

Never received an email to confirm my order, the money was taken out of my bank. Finally received 2 out of the 5 books I ordered and after at lot of phone calls was told the others were out of stock. I finally received the refund for the other books 3 weeks later!
