“Purchased book which stated in stock. Due to be delivered within 48hrs tracked. No book arrived. Emailed igloobooks. Was told not in stock and will arrive within 1-2 weeks in warehouse. Would not guarantee delivery before Christmas. It’s only the 6/12 today. Still advertising book as in stock. Asked for a refund, no communication from them as of yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“I ordered two sound books. Firstly they attempted delivery four times and just left a card saying they would re- deliver. No option to specify a day or go collect from local post office. After a phone call to your customer services I was told they were going to try delivering that day between 1 and 2pm so made arrangements to make sure I was home. Nothing. They finally delivered at the start of the following week and luckily my partner was at home. On opening my parcel however, only one book appears to be working. The other the batteries are flat. I am now going I have to purchase new batteries.”

“Made an order a month ago (birthday present for my nephew), had to follow up after two weeks as no order appeared. Told the firm had changed suppliers but my order would be delivered that week - with another book by way of apology. Another two weeks later i'm still chasing this order - it's like a black hole. No answer or reply. If their customer service is like this then i imagine that they don't get too many repeat orders.”

“Hello, I do not normally provide feedback with regard to online purchasing experiences, however, I was hoping to get a request from Igloobooks to write a review. I have to say that this was one of the easiest and smoothest online transactions I have encountered. On top of this the product was delivered to the destination address in less than 24 hours without my having to pay additional charges for fast shipments and my nephew was super happy with his new Igloobooks. “I purchased some books and some gift sets. One being the pamper on and the other being the cocktail one. I was happy with the books as they were in excellent condition however the gift sets were dirty, marked and the seals were broken off of all sets. I was supposed to give them as gifts and had to clean the exterior with a wet wipe and take the seals off and re-seal again myself with cello tape . I should not have had to have done this but I was embarrassed to give the gifts in the condition I had received them from igloo books. Not happy at all”

“I originally bought one of these book at my local garden centre went back to get another and had no more so tried amazon. 50% dearer but ordered four from the series for presents and my two grandsons 2 out of the 4 the toy vehicle didn't work so had to sent back and what a chore. So went direct to igloo books and ordered 4 more only opened one so far but vehicle doesn't work and my grandson so upset so how can I give these to others as a gift in case they don't work. The toys packaging which is supposed to be fixed to the book wasn't in 3 of the four cases and in two the vehicle was out of the packaging inside the boy. I'm thinking these books are not only a waste of space but a waste of my time. The one I bought from the garden centre is great those I have delivered are absolutely not worth the hassle think they get knocked in transit especially as nothing put on box to stop them moving about. Clever idea to.have a track in the book which opens out but the execution and the little vehicle is pretty useless.”
