“Goods were damaged when I received them. I have phoned to report and was promised a phone call back yesterday, but this has not happened. I have to say, however, that the girl who dealt with my query on the phone was very pleasant. I will wait to see if this is resolved”

“I purchased the street magic set for my son and upon opening it at home I discovered that the trick cards had red backs and the regular cards had blue backs meaning he was unable to do any of the tricks that required both packs.”

“Well customer service is rubbish I have sent 4 email and no reply to any. Order took ages to arrive which was today and it has arrived with 5 books missing and one wrong one. Have no other way of contacting other then email which doesn't get a response. Overall not happy at all really as have paid and not received half of the order. Will not be ordering from again.”

“Two books i ordered went out of stock so was sent on 2 more and a complimentary one but already have them. Would have been better to ask if would want these or refund instead of just sending them on. So now have paid for 2 books that My daughter already has”

“A delay in my orde then wrong books in the delivery and two just haven't arrived. I have sent two or three emails to Tsehay Lambert and Sarah Long to complain and to ask for a refund for the missing items and have heard nothing back. Shocking, really. I will not be shopping with you again.”

“I Ordered a few books as gifts, the state of the books I received did not look good enough to pass on to someone else as a present. They we're scuffed and scratched and the corners slightly bent. One of the noisy nursery rhymes books the buttons did not work the tabs were knocked out of place. I was very disappointed. I replied to ask for exchange or refund as there was no instructions provided with the packaging. it's been 3days and I am still waiting for a response from customer services.”

“I did not receive the books I ordered,I was contacted to say one book wasn't available and another was substituted .But I also ordered song sounds : heads and shoulders and this was changed to Twinkle / Twinkle little star with out informing me .I won't be using them again”

“We ordered two sound boojs for our son. Incy Wincy Spider arrived and the musical button doesn't work. We have bought new batteries but it still sounds totally out of key! Very disappointing!”

“Service was good in that the books did not take long to arrive. I was perturbed and very unhappy when I opened one of the books to find some of the puzzles had been started and partially filled in - I was under the assumption that I was buying new books. I have looked on your site again and there is no mention of used books. This has upset me and feel I don't want to use this service again. Thank yoy”

“The books arrived rattling round in a loosely taped cardboard box. They were dirty and could have been second hand judging by their condition. Two were dented . These were for my grandson of 16 months and I was very disappointed. Nothing like the service I have received from Amazon. I had to wipe them all with a cloth before I could even use them! I will not be using Igloo books again.”
