“They didn't have the book I required, I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. A week has gone by and the money still hasn't been refunded into my account.”

“Have been waiting for my book for over a week. Emailed to find out where it is, have not had a response yet but then find an email asking me to review my experience! Well so far, not good at all. No book, no update. What's going on?!”

“2 emails over three and a half weeks to state that one of the books I bought did not work for my daughter. I was not interested in a refund but just a replacement book that worked. Not one response to my email leaving me feel conned and out of pocket. Not a good experience at all!”

“I originally bought one of these book at my local garden centre went back to get another and had no more so tried amazon. 50% dearer but ordered four from the series for presents and my two grandsons 2 out of the 4 the toy vehicle didn't work so had to sent back and what a chore. So went direct to igloo books and ordered 4 more only opened one so far but vehicle doesn't work and my grandson so upset so how can I give these to others as a gift in case they don't work. The toys packaging which is supposed to be fixed to the book wasn't in 3 of the four cases and in two the vehicle was out of the packaging inside the boy. I'm thinking these books are not only a waste of space but a waste of my time. The one I bought from the garden centre is great those I have delivered are absolutely not worth the hassle think they get knocked in transit especially as nothing put on box to stop them moving about. Clever idea to.have a track in the book which opens out but the execution and the little vehicle is pretty useless.”
