“The order was for English Basics Age 3/4 to 10/11. In some cases it was for one copy and in others it was two. Due to insufficient care I received 2 copies of age 4/5 and no 5/6. I reordered one copy of age 5/6 which I have received but this cost me time, inconvenience and £ 3.95 for shipping.”

“My order was delivered promptly. However, one of the books had been slightly damaged in one of its corners during transit due to poor packaging. Costumer services were very good about it: after phoning them, they sent me a new replacement book which arrived the day after I complained. Prompt and friendly service made up for poor packaging and the fact that the books had to be thoroughly cleaned before use as they were covered with a film of dirt/dust.”

“Payment was easy and shipping was fast. We are pretty happy with the books we ordered. However it was rather disconcerting that there was no order confirmation or email received, nor any way of checking online if the order was successful. Customer service felt abrupt too although it was efficient. A softer touch would have been nice.”

“Quality of the books were good but not delivered next working day as site states,Also it would be helpful if the physical size or or book paper size I/e A4 , B5 etc.was given on site.”

“I have emailed you but you failed to get back to me - I had ordered five books and the packaging was poor, so one of the sleeves had got ripped - its a gift so instead of returning it at a high cost - heavy book I asked for a replacement sleeve to be sent - but you failed to respond - very disapointed”

“I purchased some books and some gift sets. One being the pamper on and the other being the cocktail one. I was happy with the books as they were in excellent condition however the gift sets were dirty, marked and the seals were broken off of all sets. I was supposed to give them as gifts and had to clean the exterior with a wet wipe and take the seals off and re-seal again myself with cello tape . I should not have had to have done this but I was embarrassed to give the gifts in the condition I had received them from igloo books. Not happy at all”

“The delivery was prompt, and good that you get free delivery over £20 and the promo of 12 books for £10 are great. Sadly one of my books was filthy dirty and two are written in German!!!! That was not stated in the description and the image was in English.”

“One book recieved looked like it had previously been used.....scuffed, marked, no tab in battery so had obviously been used....I won't be able to give it as a present as intended! The rest of the order was faultless and delivery was quick.”

“Delivery was very quick and box was well packaged so the item arrived in perfect condition. However, the way that the stickers are sealing the sides of the box (Dolls House box) isn't very good because when you peel them off the sides to get into the box, to look at the book (however carefully you peel them back) - the artwork peels off the sides of the box with them - leaving the product with white areas on the surface. Very bad quality product for the price it is.”
