“I have been charged £40 for returning a pair of trainers - without iKRIX stating at any point what the cost of return would be. I would have never made the purchase with them knowing they would charge for (both delivery and) return at such a cost. Also, my delivery was late and there was a dent in the shoe box, which are minor issues. Nevertheless, the overall experience has been bad, and the return charge ludicrous.”

“I order a pair of $270 boots. Online it said delivered but they were never delivered. So I emailed asking where they were and two days later someone got back to me saying that they would be delivered the next day. So the next day comes and still no boots. I call and call and I email and they did some “investigation” as to where my package was. I have heard nothing. I’ve gotten no answers. They got back to me and said that I changed my delivery address which was not true. They won’t answer my calls or emails. They refuse to give me a refund. This site is a scam.”

“ALERT! In may 2019 I made change of merchandise with this company and to date they have not returned the product. In Aug 14 2019 I asked the original merchandise was retuned to me .It is the same answer "the product is in the laundry" for me this is a ROBBERY . ALERT !”

“They just stoles money in a different way .. my order never arrived and no money back How can we ( customers) be protected from such a bad situation? How it is possible/ permitted for a company to take money from you online and in case you are a victim, nobody takes responsibility?! Is there any “black” list on internet with such as*holes?!”

“I bought the Jacket online on Monday the 30th of April, the jacket never turned up, it was signed by someone else using UPS I paid for express postage 1-2 days delivery, the parcel was delivered to someone else on Friday the 4th of May when I was on holiday ( 2 days late ) - If would of arrived on time then this would not of happened. If I knew the company was based in Italy I would not of bought with them, I currently have no jacket and Ikrix are refusing to give a refund or send a replacement and pushing the blame on UPS. Only positive - Costumer service has keep me in the loop during the process Jacket cost £300+ Very disappointing – I would not recommend - As i still don't have my jacket or a refund”
