“Joining ILoveKickboxing In Overland Park, KS was the best decision! I am losing weight, reducing stress, and meeting new people - all things I struggle to do. The instructors are friendly, motivating, and very helpful. Within 2 classes they all knew my name! They also help you stay accountable by reaching out when you haven’t been to class.”

“Been going a year now to the Lynnwood location. Never gets boring. They always push you and are a ton of fun! All fitness levels which is nice for when you’re just starting out and once you’ve advanced!”

“ILoveKickboxing Westford MA has helped me lose 20lbs! I was looking for a way to stay motivated to work out and get healthy. This workout is intense, one of the hardest hours of my day and I love it. I have seen significant results in my energy level, stamina and strength. The fun and supportive atmosphere helps to keep me motivated and coming back for more.”

“ILK-BRONX: I love when I am proved wrong. Came in expecting BROS and horrible attitudes. Ended up finding a community of instructors that care and members that uplift. Studio is clean and the music will keep you moving [even when you're cursing out whomever invented burpees]”
