“I have been a member at ilkb Liverpool for four years. The instructors are wonderful and supportive and the changes made to increase the intensity be with 45 minute classes has been a game changer.”

“Ilovekickboxing Whitehall PA is a great way to achieve your goals of becoming stronger and losing weight. I love going to the 930am classes. Everyone is kind and inviting when you are there and the instructors are amazing. I am starting with the 6 week challenge but I know I’ll continue beyond that.”

“I started the 6 week challenge back in May 2023 at the Glen Allen, VA location. I have never been one to join organized fitness classes but took the giant leap. The first week was tough but I pushed myself. I came back the second week stronger and kept going. I started to really enjoy the classes so much that after the 6 weeks, I signed up for a membership. Going from wow this is tough to I can't wait to keep coming back for more. I lost 11lb within the 6 week challenge. The instructors are so helpful. I am so happy that I found this I Love Kickboxing community. I highly encourage getting started and give it more than a week.”

“Recently joined iLoveKickboxing in Whitehall! It's a great place to workout! All the instructors are really nice and helpful! The classes are intense but also a lot of fun! I like that they offer various challenges and events that you can join! I totally recommend this place!”

“It’s my first time trying kicking boxing. I have only been to a few classes so far & I love it. You instantly feel the burn & definitely sore the next day if you haven’t worked out in awhile. The staff are super nice & teach you all the moves. Definitely a comfortable place to learn, especially if you never tried it. I definitely recommend to anyone. This is in Whitehall, PA!”

“I love kickboxing Whitehall Pa is great! the instructors (Peggy especially) push you to do your best every day. the classes are challenging, fun and never boring. you're not walking on some boring treadmill in here! you'll come out stronger and more confident then ever!”

“iLoveKickboxing (Suffolk) has been a great experience thus far. I am in my second week and loving it. I have seen immediate results in my energy, stamina, and health (blood pressure). The staff are excellent and the owners are genuine. The atmosphere is great for a workout and it feels like home. Everyone (staff, owners, and members) feels like family here. -Karina Braunshausen”
