“I visited this facility and did a trial class. I have never kick-boxed in my life and was hesitant, but the staff was helpful, complimentary and very kind and this experience encouraged me to join. I love it.”

“As someone who doesn't like exercising, I love ILoveKickboxing! The variety of jogging, stretching, exercises, and bag time create a workout that is engaging and goes by fast. The instructors are super kind, supportive, and helpful for fixing your form. A decent amount of class times to get a workout in throughout the week. 4 stars instead of 5 stars for the odd restrictions on cancelling the membership if you were to choose the unlimited class membership.”

“I love kickboxing Hanover, MA is amazing! The instructors are so energetic and helpful! They make the classes fun and it’s amazing how fast the class (sweat session)goes by. I feel so much stronger and have so much more energy!!!”

“Loved my first class so much I became a member that says it all! The ILKB gym in Winter Park, FL is great. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I especially enjoyed the team feeling I got from the rest of the ILKB members! Great place!”
