“Hi the frame was very good but the board at the back was a bit under size so the hanging hook came out , anyway I fixed it with some cardboard and tape and it is now hanging in Dinning room and we are pleased to say it looks excellent Kind Regards Harry”

“I am happy with the order process and delivery. The products arrived wrapped well for protection. The frames fit our posters well. My only disappointment is that I bought three frames in which only two had the materials on the back to hang the frames up.”

“Service was very professional. Only thing was the inner card frame was 5mm out so that was a little disappointing, as it was important for my artwork to have had exact measurement.”

“Very happy with the frame, very easy to change delivery time to suit. Only slight negative I would say is that the turnaround time on the website is a little misleading, in that it said it would take 5-7 working days and it was more like 14, but otherwise no problems”

“Very nice frames at a good price. Although delivery was when expected, I received an email from 'ImediaT' re delivery details of my Image Frames goods. This was not identified which left a worrying concern of a possible spam. Apparantly, your courier 'interlink express' who also delivers 'ImediaT' goods has a software problem. Delivery emails to the customer are sent with the wrong company claiming they are sending the goods. I was able to confirm this with 'ImediaT' who say this happens about once a month.”

“Good response after a couple of problems over the order - phone call with explanation for delay and prompt resolution. Frame as described and delivery good ( text with eta and delivery on time etc) Would recommend.”

“Generally good and the answers to my email query were prompt and helpful. Somehow or other my order was not fulfilled as I had intended. Probably my fault! I suggest, like at least one of your competitors, you should offer self adhesive backing board.”

“Very easy to use website and I particularly liked being able to choose the size of the whole where the picture would sit. The only downside is that the frame wasn't packaged well and the perspex was bent behind a couple of the metal backing pins... This could have damaged the Perspex if no protective covering.... A little more care in putting frame together is needed, it seems it may have been rushed. V good quality frame and mount tho. Thank you”

“Very reasonable price for custom size frame, quick turn-round of order. Pleased with the frame, only problem is that address line of my account shows twice, fault with the way your website handles address & postcode.”

“Good service - pleased with both mounts and frames bought. Only difficulty experienced was when buying a two layer mount for an existing frame; I found the directions on sizing unclear and had to cut a little off the delivered mount.”
