“The actual frame is great, and exactly what I wanted and hoped for. Well made and precise measurements. The delivery however was very slow (04 June to 28 June), and it's rather suspicious that I received an email notifying me of despatch the day I sent an enquiry...,”

“We are very pleased with the photo frame - thank you. However the service provided by Interlink does not help with customer satisfaction. I received an e-mail on the 2nd of June informing me of the delivery coming on the 3rd and as we were leaving for France early that morning I arranged for it to be left with a neighbour in the village (there are no houses on either side). Interlink E-mailed confirmation that this would be done and my neighbour made sure that she was home at the expected time, but Interlink called at our empty house and left a calling card! We received an e-mail from them while we were on holiday but were unable to send out any replies from our location so I could not even apologise and explain to my neighbour. This is not your fault in any way but your chosen carriers are not providing a satisfactory service at all times. The frame is now up and shows off the photos of a special grand daughter.Thank you again.”

“Was delay in receiving frame, due to company waiting on delivery. When I telephone, were very helpful and received frame within 3 days.”

“I put my order in and a few days later realised I had got the dimensions wrong. But thanks to a helpful office anger they changed the dimensions and I got the frames. Many thanks and well done for accommodating my changes.”

“I found choosing my frame easy using the image showing my options. Service was good and I even got a text to say when my frames would be delivered. They look just as I was hoping for.”

“We didn't pay attention to the fact that these frames aren't glass but acrylic, however it has the same effect and they're much lighter. Overall good quality and very pleased.”

“I ordered the ornate / vintage swept frames -they are fantastic and were cheaper than anywhere else. On the downside they took longer to arrive than expected but after reading other reviews is realised that this is a common thing and at least a small English company like this is busy and still going - so didn't mind the wait in the end. I did email them and they emailed straight back with an estimated date. I have just ordered another 2 frames from them.”

“The frame (aluminium) is well made. The colour of the mount is the same as it appears online. The apertures fit my artwork perfectly, and I really appreciate the extra flexibility Image Frames offers over other online framers in terms of border sizes in conjunction with multiple apertures. My only complaint is that the whole process seems a bit slow - four weeks from order to delivery.”

“One of my smaller frames had a chunk out of the front of it, but other than that they are fine. The price was ok but I did have a discount code”

“We have ordered several frames from this company and have on the whole been very pleased with them. The last 2 orders have contained frames with slight damage by way of dents, looks like they were pushed on a bit too hard, although this has not been too much of a problem, so we have kept them. Having to check them upon delivery is not always convenient.”

“I chased because we thought the simple order (our first) was taking too long . Your young lady handled my call impecably and the two frames were delivered as scheduled. We do not check our e-mails every day so were not aware of the delivery day or slot until my second phone call. My wife is very pleased with the product and it represents fair value and is as described. Chances are we shall use you again, thanks to your customer service lady for her help. “Website was easy to use. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout the process and was advised when it would be delivered which was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the frames and think I could have bought a better one from the high street had I not needed a specialised size. However, I expect that once they are on the wall I won't notice this. Overall experience good”
