“Its difficult to put a star rating on a product where the quality is five, and the service one. the delivery time was unacceptable, with no warning up front that it would be so long. then, contacting you, chasing, was a problem, and it was a coincidence that when I finally threatened action, the order was made up the next day”

“Ordered a frame in plenty of time for Christmas (3 weeks before), 20 days later nothing had arrived and the web site was telling me 'order in progress'. I e.mailed to request delivery by the following Friday, 4 days later, or cancel the order as I was concerned that I would not have it in time. The next day I had a text to say it was with the courier and the day after it arrived. The frame was excellent, just a shame that I had to chase them to get it delivered.”

“When my frame arrived one of the corners had come apart.We needed to bang it in then add some glue and cramp it in a vice for a couple of hours. It seems ok now”

“To be honest I was a little disappointed in the value for money of the frames purchased. Whilst the construction was ok I thought the materials used were of poor quality. In particular one of the frames has a particularly unsightly knot of wood in the front of one of the sides. I am surprised this got past quality control and whilst I have accepted the items without complaint, I certainly won't be using this supplier in the future.”

“Website was impressive, easy to place order. However, after order was placed I had no feedback on progress online and had to chase up as an email. It was handled promptly after I chased it up but then only given one day's notice of delivery. Product as expected, well packed and delivery within an hour slot. Would use again.”

“The frame was the wrong size it should have been 270 x 180 but it came 270 x 100. i checked the order and it said 270 x 100 so it must have become altered during the different screens for requirements, so its no good to me. Also the frame is a little fragile, it seemed to take a long time to come. The delivery was good and kept me informed”

“No wonder the postage and packaging is so expensive! Surely there is a cheaper way to send the mounts rather than packing it in between two pieces of wood! Very expensive!”
