“The frame is of the highest quality and will suit its intended purpose very well indeed. Just as important, though, is the level of customer service I experienced. Phoning to enquire about the progress of the order, I was told that at the last stage - 'finishing' - a fault had been noticed. Hearing that I hoped to have the frame for a special occasion, the office manager told me that the original materials were temporarily out of stock but suggested an alternative which would mean that the frame could be made within hours. That is exactly what happened: the parcel was despatched that afternoon and I had it the very next day. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“A great company to do business with. Very attentive to detail and check if anything's not clear. Occasionally had problems with items damaged in transit which they replace promptly. and generally they make every effort to ensure goods arrive on time and as ordered. Highly recommended.”

“WOW!! What a great concept and fantastic service. I was very pleased with the range and customization offers available, and even more impressed with how easy it was to put them all together. “Earlier this year I ordered 6 no. natural oak frames together with mounts. The delivered frames were of a very high quality and I've been extremely satisfied with them. So much so that I have recently taken delivery of a further 6 similar frames. Protective packaging is excellent and customer service too.”
