“Great idea and well constructed platform. Just one big bone of contention: last time I used it I could not top up funds with my business debit card due to problem with the payment gateway accepting business VISA debit cards - so annoying!”
“I find the facility to be extremely useful however, we have experienced technical issues using the facility with EMIS Web which has been frustrating for the practice.
I also have to use my personal credit card to pay for the letters as the practice doesn't have a card to pay with (we don't use one enough to justify the cost). I did try to set up an account but gave in after a couple of attempts. Next time I use the facility, I will try again.”

“Potentially iMail is very useful, however the integration with our clinical system is not working at present (through no fault of iMail) which is very frustrating. For the short time we did use iMail it saved an enormous amount of time printing letters and stuffing envelopes, which makes it cost effective. Matthew in the support team is very helpful and its nice to have a named account manager you can actually speak to.”
