“Imperial pest control has done our home inspections a few times and has always been thorough. We had been impressed so we hired them for the yearly pest control, subterranean termite treatment and dry wood flying termite spray and lawn spraying. The services have been working well, the office is knowledgeable and the technicians have always been thorough as well.”

“I never know when they are coming. I really don't appreciate not knowing when my home will be serviced. They are a new company to me. I was with home team for 10years. I want to know who is coming to my home, when, and what they are doing when they are there.”

Dear anonymous User, Thank you for your feedback. I wish that you would have left your contact information so that we may reach out to you. We at Imperial Pest Prevention pride ourselves on customer service. Leaving this as anonymous makes it so that we are unable to help correct the manner in which you may have. The review platform request that went out last night was for the exterior barrier spray customers. As for the "really don't appreciate not knowing when my home will be serviced" We do call typically either the night before or in route to the stop so I am not sure if it is a possibility that perhaps you had never received the message. As for the "I want to know who is coming to my home, when, and what they are doing when they are there" , the technician who calls in route will introduce themselves upon doing so and when they service the home they will leave a work order which states the service performed and the technician name printed. As far as the " I was with home team for 10years", we are thankful that you made the switch. We appreciate your business and we want to fix the concerns you are having. We can easily put permanent notes in our system to accommodate you as you wish on service dates. We would appreciate the chance to speak to you to correct the concerns you are having. Please feel free to reach out to us at anytime. We are available at 386-956-9506.

“Jonathan from imperial pest prevention did a termite inspection for a home we are buying in Deltona, Fl. He did an excellent job, was extremely thorough, very professional and communicated all findings in a simple easy to understand way. This was our second time using the home inspection company but the inspector at Imperial pest prevention was several tiers ahead in professionalism and thoroughness than the inspector from Proquest. I would never use another pest control company at this point on.”
