"I had a boiler installed with a 10yr service and Landlord Gas Safe Plan but I have had no after sale service nor explanations since the install was done. Now it appears they have changed their name and filed for liquidation. \nImpra-Gas Ltd\u201d should have informed its customers. If you look at the Gazette Official Public record it appears that Impra-Gas Ltd G had already started the process of winding up its company (Liquidation)\n \u2022 29th January 2020- (Impra-Gas Ltd ) renamed to VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number: 07950661) on 10th January 2020. Nature of Business: Plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation. Started the process of winding up the company. \n\tImpra-Gas Ltd The Petitioner can be contacted at The Wolseley Center, PO Box 32 \tBoroughbridge Road, Ripon, HG4 1UY telephone no: 01765 694648 quoting reference: \tAGF\/205063\/.\n\n \u2022 Impra-Gas Ltd (renamed to VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number: 07950661) had its registered office at: Unit 8 Falcon Way, Eagle Business Park, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3GR. \n \u2022 16 Mar 2020- \tTheir Registered office address was changed from \u201cUnit 8 Falcon Way Eagle Business Park, Yaxley Peterborough PE7 3GR England\u201d to \n \u201cSuite 42 Dunston House Dunston Road Chesterfield S41 9QD\u201d\n \u2022 11 Mar 2020- Appointment of a voluntary liquidator. Liquidator's name and address: Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart Business Turnaround Insolvency Limited, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD. \n \u2022 11 March 2020- VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number 07950661), previous company name Impra-Gas Ltd gave notice to Creditors. \nI appears that Impra-Gas Ltd\/ (VBH ASSETS Ltd) is in the process of liquidation. \n\nWhat is disturbing, is the secretive many in which it was done. They changed the name from \u201cImpra-Gas Ltd\u201d to \u201cVBH ASSETS LIMITED\u201d without informing paid up customers. \nThey then preceded to start the Liquidation process before the impact of Covid-19 lock down had begun. So this would suggest it was planned back in 2019. Thus 10 year service plans sold in 2019 were done so without any intention of honouring their contractual obligations. \nThis shows a lack of integrity. "

“Very happy with the installation. The engineer did a great job despite the problems with the existing pipework etc. Quick and tidy. There really were problems and the pipework we inherited when buying the house has subsequently been replaced by a local plumber - so all credit to the engineer who attended and installed the system which has run flawlessly since.”

“The ImpraGas Staff have been great. They beat my previous 4 boiler quotes, and even managed to fit my new Worcester Bosch much sooner than originally expected. The boiler fitter arrived exactly on time, and had no problem fitting my new boiler by mid afternoon, leaving no mess atall at any point in my flat. I am delighted with the new boiler and on the first evening the team phoned my back immediately when I had a question about the brand new thermostat. Very reassuring. Do not hesitate to give ImpraGas a call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“Very good rep gave us all the information we wanted did not waffel about kept to the script and gave us just the facts and numbers. And all in an easy way that no one would not understand. The fitter arrived on time on the day and did not stop but just got on with the job he was tidy and very polite ,”

“I have just had my new boiler installed by this company. The engineer was brilliant. I rang ImprasGas to take out the 10 year Boiler service. I didnt realise that the number you call 03330090090 is not a free phone number I was charged £7.99 for making this call on my landline. Any one else had this problem and do you have an alternative number that wont charge you for calling.? I messaged the Rep and also sent them an email.”
