Had boiler and 3 new radiator s put in November 2018 never had a service, never received 10 year certificate, they left my walls damaged, rubbish in garden, I'm now paying my own boiler service, they should not be allowed to get away with this, any advice?

Miss sold a 10 year service all the while they knew they were not going to exist this year.

Boiler installed Dec 2019, booking them in for the actual installation was a nightmare (that should have been our first clue!) We then called for the installation certificate, to be given the run around- 'email this person'... that person' with no results. Post first national lockdown 2020, we attempted to contact them again, to find they have disappeared off the face off the earth, with a £95 extra for the 10 year service, no comms, and news of them having gone into liquidation! Irresponsible company leadership, lack of integrity- Cowboys! Do not underestimate the impact of this behaviour, spread the word, do not allow others to be out of pocket. Recovering funds from credit card companies can be stressful and time consuming- they knew full well they were going into administration, these decisions are not overnight!

Impragass are a complete rip off, had my boiler replaced with them and after one month it started to leak and was promised 10 year guarantee for servicing tried to contact them during the start of COVID-19 and was told they were shut for the time being, now trying to contact them again to get the issue resolved I’ve found out they have liquidise and changed company names, I’m disgusted that they have promised a service which I took a loan out to pay for in full and now I’m not receiving it and going to have to pay another company to fix the issues

I have just had my new boiler installed by this company. The engineer was brilliant. I rang ImprasGas to take out the 10 year Boiler service. I didnt realise that the number you call 03330090090 is not a free phone number I was charged £7.99 for making this call on my landline. Any one else had this problem and do you have an alternative number that wont charge you for calling.? I messaged the Rep and also sent them an email.

Yes sold a service which hasn't been honoured by new owner. The ex owner of Impragas should be prosecuted. Our new boiler had faults from the installation of not being done properly by a so called engineer. The service was due in January, luckily we found someone local to us who serviced it today and will come back and do the necessary to make it safe for us to use. Thankfully we haven't been gassed. Alan Sugar needs to know that his apprentice who has got rich quick on this disaster.

We know that impragas changed its name to VBH which was sold to Roadways Express Limited. On purchasing, it took on the historic service agreements, but it too went into liquidation. One could try to submit a claim in that liquidation. Contact Chris Herron of Herron Fisher. Tel: 02086882100 Antony Pittaccio

I got a new boiler put in a couple of years ago which has a 10 year free service guarantee. I am unable to contact them via phone or emails as they just bounce back. If anyone hears how to contact them please let me know?

I had my gas boiler in the house replaced by Impragas in August 2019. I had a letter from them giving a 10 year Free service guarantee provided first service has been carried out within 30 days of first Anniversary of installation. Now I was trying to get hold of them through phone/email, I had no joy. A rather disappointing performance, I think Department of Trade and Industry needs to protect, Customer Like me in some way.

looks like this guy took us all for mugs. I'm disputing all payments to Impragas via my credit card company. They've now set themselves up as The Good Boiler Co Company number 12568136. Spread the word and make sure these cowboys don't get to carry on swindling the public

I had a boiler installed with a 10yr service and Landlord Gas Safe Plan but I have had no after sale service nor explanations since the install was done. Now it appears they have changed their name and filed for liquidation. Impra-Gas Ltd” should have informed its customers. If you look at the Gazette Official Public record it appears that Impra-Gas Ltd G had already started the process of winding up its company (Liquidation) • 29th January 2020- (Impra-Gas Ltd ) renamed to VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number: 07950661) on 10th January 2020. Nature of Business: Plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation. Started the process of winding up the company. Impra-Gas Ltd The Petitioner can be contacted at The Wolseley Center, PO Box 32 Boroughbridge Road, Ripon, HG4 1UY telephone no: 01765 694648 quoting reference: AGF/205063/. • Impra-Gas Ltd (renamed to VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number: 07950661) had its registered office at: Unit 8 Falcon Way, Eagle Business Park, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3GR. • 16 Mar 2020- Their Registered office address was changed from “Unit 8 Falcon Way Eagle Business Park, Yaxley Peterborough PE7 3GR England” to “Suite 42 Dunston House Dunston Road Chesterfield S41 9QD” • 11 Mar 2020- Appointment of a voluntary liquidator. Liquidator's name and address: Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart Business Turnaround Insolvency Limited, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD. • 11 March 2020- VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number 07950661), previous company name Impra-Gas Ltd gave notice to Creditors. I appears that Impra-Gas Ltd/ (VBH ASSETS Ltd) is in the process of liquidation. What is disturbing, is the secretive many in which it was done. They changed the name from “Impra-Gas Ltd” to “VBH ASSETS LIMITED” without informing paid up customers. They then preceded to start the Liquidation process before the impact of Covid-19 lock down had begun. So this would suggest it was planned back in 2019. Thus 10 year service plans sold in 2019 were done so without any intention of honouring their contractual obligations. This shows a lack of integrity.

Impragas has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my 67 years. My boiler was fitted on 31.10.19 and was not working properly from the start. Numerous complaints by phone and email over a two month period obtained no result. They either ignored my communications or fobbed me off with promises that an engineer would get back to me and make arrangements to come to the house. No call or visit ever followed. I endured 3 months of a very cold Scottish winter with a sub standard system. Eventually on 4 February a Bosch (not Impragas) engineer attended and immediately found the problem. THE BOILER HAD BEEN WIRED INCORRECTLY! It was never going to work properly! The Bosch engineer was fantastic and fixed the problems in under 30 minutes. I have since requested compensation from Impragas, a request which they have conveniently ignored for the past 13 days. A registered letter sent to their Petersborough address on 31 Jan has been returned to me today 26 Feb as they failed to collect it from the Post Office. The customer service manager a Mr TS is useless and I have been unable to speak to anyone higher. What sort of a business are they running? Lesley, Glasgow

I got an installation booked -very aggressive marketing and was told I would need some work done after installation . Paid the deposit of £296 only for the engineer to turn up and state that even before he could attempt to install I would need ...a builder/contractor. as the kitchen ceiling needed to come down and cornices in another room removed . In fact the pre installation prep was quite major . The engineer was annoyed stating that the marketeer were only eager to sign off clients . Now I spoke with them and as a result of the enormous work to be carried out I decided to opt for an electric boiler. I have requested my deposit to be refunded twice by mail since the 12 December 2019 and yet no refund. I am so upset as I usually read reviews before using any company . This one I definitely missed. I want my deposit back

Very poor company. Seems to not be able to keep to there word. Still having on going issues after nearly 2 months. People fail to get respond to messages and emails... Not really many good things to say if I'm honest.... Since writing this I have finally received a message for the owner of this company Being extremely rude. He has confirmed that he will not be happy honouring the original agreement. This review should not be taken down as the company needs to be exposed for what they really are.

The man who gave me the quote said that because I was without heating or hot water they would come and install the new boiler within days, Eventually after they had failed to turn up three times I cancelled the contract, and was told that it would take 2 weeks for the deposit to be returned, it actually took several phone calls and 3 weeks + before I was refunded. Went to British gas who came to put my new boiler in within 2 days of accepting the quote.

This company is all sales and no service. The customer service line of their switchboard frequently timed out on hold after 2 hours while I dealt with the many issues with the boiler they installed for me. I only ever got through to the same one customer service rep. Who knows if they have more than one handling their national customer service. Of course the sales line always got through instantly to one of their many sales staff. First appointment they made, they cancelled by phone at the time the were supposed to arrive at the door. At the rearranged installation, the engineers in attendance barely demonstrated working knowledge of the kit they were installing, made a pig's ear of the brickwork they had cut through to install the condensate pipe, and left the installation lacking several of the promised features of the quote. When I provided a signature to confirm which parts of the installation didn't require remedial attention, they copied it onto a "certificate" declaring my full satisfaction with the complete job and used it to bill the finance company the full quoted amount. Efforts to make right any of the numerous problems with the job they did were stalled and stonewalled, and I had to go to court, where the District Judge agreed their conduct had been appalling, before I saw any redress for making the mistake of dealing with this company. They like to use the term "5 star service" in a lot of their marketing materials. To say this is an empty claim would fail to capture how actively poor their service has been.

Professional Con! Very sad to say that after initial expectations of a great job with a larger reliable company, I have been thoroughly disappointed. Spent over £7,500 with them, expected 'the perfect solution to a complex system (apparently)' and have since regretted ever giving them the job. The fitters made a complete pile up of a job.. cutting through pipes and making a awful mess of joists etc. then hounded by 'managers' to get final payment under the pretence that 'warranty' would always mean the job would be completed... now they will not arrange a hand-over, an explanation of how to run the system .... or even come back to get the last 2 radiotors working!!! a complete professional con and I don't know why they are still in business.. DO NOT USE. would be happy to speak to anyone thinking of using them... they sound professional and competent... until you need their help.... pleas do not even compare their price.

I resent even giving one star to these cowboys! What a joke. A complete shambles from start to finish and now they have disappeared off of the face of the earth. We paid extra for a 10 year service plan and I haven't even managed to have 1 service done. I don't think I would want them anywhere near my boiler now anyway!
