“I bought a MacBook from Incredible Connection with a promised delivery window of 2–5 working days. The purchase itself was smooth — no complaints there.
But the delivery (via Amarex) was a disaster. Despite tracking clearly showing it wouldn’t arrive on time, I reached out multiple times to both companies with no urgency or proper feedback from either. The item was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday, and I had critical deadlines based on that. No one took responsibility or even tried to assist meaningfully.
Extremely disappointed. I won't be using either service again.”
