I visited the branch at Walmer Park a number of times for advice and to see what is available. Dean Hulley was so patient and kind and helped me. He is a very pleasant young man with good customer skills. I eventually was able to go and purchase a laptop. However, there was a special request that I made to Dean and he referred to management to resolve my query. Sindile Zila dealt with the query and they kindly sorted my request, and made a plan!
