“I had a very big problem with a delivery that was lost somewhere between the wearhouse and the courier company.
No one could give me a straight answer as to what was going on or if I'll ever receive my package that I paid for 10days prior.
Then a guardian angel by the name of Nomfundo Phosisi ☺️ at the springs mall branch came to my rescue. She not only tracked down my parcel,had it delivered at the same day. But her service was so excellent that I actually drove to the springs mall branch and bought another item. Just to meet her in person..... Before she assisted me I had really lost all my faith in incredible connection.. and didn't even want the product anymore..
After Nomfundo Phosisi came to my rescue I bought the exact same product . Lol so no I have 2 Because of her excellent service.
