“Only gave one star as zero stars was not an option. Purchased a tv online, to be messed around with a tv license (which I already have). To eventually be told that they don't have the product that they charged me for. And now I must wait 14 days to get a refund. asked for head office details, but not given? Absolutely disgraceful service.... advertising and accepting payment for an item you don't even have is fraud!!! Will never shop at incredible connection again.”
