“I regret ever buying anything from Incredible Connections. They dont care about the after service. I have been calling the Tech Support to check on the status of my repair. The phone is not answered. I have been leaving messages and no one has called me back. I have phone a number of times. Just spoke to the guy and explained to him my situation and it felt like I am speaking to a wall. No sympathy what so ever. Very cold. The service is bad, the communication is bad. I am really disappointed. I pray that nothing happens to my laptop so that I dont have to ever deal with such people”
“DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT buy from their online store!!!! My order was shipped on 28 Nov and it's 9 Dec and no one at this place can tell me where my order is, when it will be delivered, or if it will even be delivered! It's absolutely shocking how clueless they are...
They have taken my money and not delivered without any insights into even delivering and I am at the point of approaching the police to open a case of theft.
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION, OR INCREDIBLE AS THEY NOW CALL THEMSELVES. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!!!”
