“I was scheduled to receive my order on 1 Dec 2023 per an sms Incredible Connection sent. On the day the delivery was not made. During the day I had called their customer service team only to be advised the team deliver up to 6pm in the evening however when the time passed their call centre had closed. The next day I received a revised sms for delivery on 8 December 2023. After numerous calls to them explaining their poor customer service they still missed the 8 December 2023 delivery. I requested an immediate refund as a result and as a result delivery was made on 11 December 2023. It is best to either buy in store if you are forced to purchase from this company.”
“I have bought an item on 24/11 and have not received it yet, 13 days later. I have been trying since 1/12 to get hold of someone at the company to provide feed-back on my order, but it is totally impossible. The phone is not answered, e-mails and what’s-app messages are answered with standard computer-generated messages promising me that someone will come back to me within 24 hours, but it never happens. Please do not buy from them.”
