When I emailed for status, I got prompt replies and even though the delay was a bit longer than expected, they were so worth the wait! “I stumbled upon Incredible Rugs and Decor while doing a Google search on area rugs. They offered top name rugs at a great price. The feature of being able to upload a photo of your room and try out different rugs was an added bonus! We found a rug we liked at an area department store, but even with it being on sale, Incredible Rugs was a better deal! We ordered the rug and it came 3 or 4 days later, complete with free pad! The Karastan Euphoria Sandstone rug is beautiful and incredibly soft. We had a 5-star experience and are very pleased with our purchase! Now we need to get new furniture and decorate the walls, so please disregard the old in the photo!!”

“Finally found the rug I wanted and had coupon for 7% discount and put in online cart to order on 3/28 and got a reminder to get a pad for this rug. So had to search and review this item which took another day. On 3/29 received special email of 22% on orders placed for the next 4 Days. However, in a haste I accidentally placed order for rug/pad from my cart with the 7% discount and didn’t start over to get the new one at 22%. Informed Steve of my situation and he promptly applied the larger discount. The rug/ pad arrived as scheduled and both are beautiful and well worth the money. Great customer service with this purchase!”

“I loved the "view in room" feature. I was able to see what the rug would look like in my personal room and when it arrived I was not disappointed. The rug I choose looked exactly as I expected. I was notified when my order was confirmed, when it was shipped and was able to track the shipment. It arrived very quickly and I am happy with the end results. No unpleasant surprises. “I was very unsure about placing an order for such a large amount (over $700) online with a company I never heard of and was a pop up while I was searching for the rug I wanted. I knew it was out of stock everywhere. After "chatting" with Steve he assured me he could fill my order as soon as it became available. And the price was better than anywhere else. Every time I had a question I got an immediate answer and the rug arrived when promised. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone and just placed another order.”
