“This is review is for Akshaj and Rahman. Both of these customer care folks helped me out to block my ticket on the 1dst day and then 2nd day after the blocked ticket expired. They went above and beyond their duty to ensure I don't miss my deal and followed up consistently. It was a pleasure doing business with Indian Eagle customer care.”

“Jeevith from Customer care team has provided outstanding service to make sure our travel tickets are in order and the payment processed. He also provided a good explanation of the various ticket charges and made sure any extra charges were refunded back. Indian Eagle provides competitive prices on international tickets.
