“Jeevith from Customer care team has provided outstanding service to make sure our travel tickets are in order and the payment processed. He also provided a good explanation of the various ticket charges and made sure any extra charges were refunded back. Indian Eagle provides competitive prices on international tickets. “I really like the customer service from India Eagle travel website. I had not entered my middle name while booking without realizing that it is required. I called them and one of the representatives Mr. Chandhu helped me cancel the existing booking and updated the middle name for both me and my wire. Mr. Chandhu stayed with me for 20 minutes and saw my new booking completed. Thank you very much”
