“1) Whenever I call with questions your staff is unwelcoming. Very dry communication, they sound very unhappy. 2) your website needs work. When searched for items. It will show pages number at the bottom but once page number 2 is clicked on, it takes you back to page 1. Website also has a feel of homemade website.”

“I had previously received 2 screen replacements for a Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra from Amazon. Both were defective. I read good reviews of injured gadgets so decided to give them a try. the one they sent worked as advertised! Same price as Amazon, only shipping was added above Amazon. Will packaged and arrived as told by injured gadgets.”

“Thank you IG, i always wanted to say to you all Prices for the some parts are cheaper than ebay and it is located in ga. And i got impression that you guys are doing fair game overall what i mean by it is that most vendors i dealt with first priority is profit, however IG wants to grow with good relationships with vendors That is huge and i hope IG keeps growing stronger I know tech team is doing crucial role to pick the right parts, be more meticulous on it. Some parts are not there yet even though most parts are better than other vendors, please get the right ones with fair price. Thank you again Kyung Jin”
