I have been using IG for many years now. They have great customer service, awesome products, and a awesome community on discord! Check out the Grip Glass Ultra by them its the best screen protector on the market and most customers dont even know its there!

Bad products, bad service. I bought 150 bucks worth of replacement parts for my iphone, some items were missing key parts that cannot be unscrewed or supposedly the original refurbished parts did not work properly and my phone kept saying it doesn't recognize the battery or screen etc. When i told them the rear glass was missing a key part that cannot be unscrewed, they told me i should return it, well if i return it i wouldn't have a phone for a few days, they could have just offered me a new glass that hat the full part.

While we love people repairing their own phones, we want to notate our primary audience is repair stores and depots. Apple created an iOS setting that unless you use their software to sync the original part, you will receive an error stating that the part is not the original part from the phone. This goes for the rear glass as well, you cannot swap out single units, you need the whole unit, otherwise you will receive error messages.

Parts were great quality but phone didnt make it through the operation so I'm out of a phone for a few weeks but I would buy from the company again!

Hey Martin, we have a lifetime warranty for parts we still carry as long as you remain a client. Hope that answers your warranty question. But please note we do not warranty any parts damaged during a repair or broken from improper use.

Injured Gadgets is located in my neighboring state, so getting next day shipments are always on time. Some of the prices could be more competitive with other suppliers, but overall I've found that the quality of the iPhone screens exceed the performance and quality of the same type from other suppliers. This has been my main reason for ordering from I.G They also have Protection Pro, which I haven't gotten for my new store yet, but It's a great service to be able to offer to clients and it wouldn't have been made possible without Injured Gadgets.

Overall product quality was good, had no issues. Only problem was that the back glass did not have a logo. All other items that do not have a logo explicitly say so in the title. This one does not say that so I assumed it had a logo but it did not. Reached out to support prior to ordering the item for clarification and got no response.
