“I am not sure if this is getting to the correct people but, I have not received a refund for the products that were made incorrectly or were incomplete. The Transmission lines were beveled on both surfaces so they inserted easily but then became unseated just as easily. The fuel lines were missing the flexible section that is molded on. Thus you can only get the molded section by ordering the whole line. I had to do that from a different vender as yours were incomplete. Your message from February noted that My refund would be coming shortly but it is mid May now... I do have photos of the products that were sent Thank you for your attention to this matter Clarence Pence order# s20795 231 409-5557”

“My first order was lost or never sent. I had to call back to place a second order. The funny thing was they both arrived on the same day. I am now trying to return the extra one and get told I need to pay 10.00 for a fedex label. You lost or never processed the first order correctly. Why do I need to pay to return it to you ?”
