Only received 7 pieces of my 8 piece kit. Left a message and never got a return call. 1 of the lines that attaches to the master cylinder has a really small fitting so need to find an adapter. Other than that the rest of the kit fit perfectly.

I wish you provided installation diagrams/instructions. I don't do this everyday so it would be very helpful.

My apologies, but for this kit we do not have a diagram like the one you are looking for. Our patterns were taken off of the vehicles years ago in a salvage yard and tagged and then programmed into our system. We have no way to make or access a diagram. We list the pattern based on vehicle and brake set up and the majority of restorations have the original lines to go off of. We also recommend when doing a restoration that pictures are taken during teardown so that they can be referenced during the assembly process. The best way to figure these kinds of things out is to replace them one at a time and use the original parts as a guide or restoration forums can also provide a wealth of information like this. Ship time was good and everything else was good the only problem is that the fitting we’re almost all on the wrong sides I had large fittings on the small side and small fittings on the large side goin into the master cylinder in particular

I think you should open up the inside so the people that made you guys big that live around here can pick up their parts without having to pay for shipping

My apologies that not having a local pick was an inconvenience to you. We no longer offer this option due to slow downs it was causing, but as an added benefit of getting rid of this, is that now we can ship local orders in about the same amount of time it took to get this order ready for you to pick up. This and we have reduced or local shipping rates, so now shipping your parts saves you time and money! My apologies, due to the unprecedented situation with the covid-19 crisis our shippers have been experiencing an influx of packages they are not equipped to handle. Part was delivered in 3 days. The water pump was in a cardboard box with no packaging material. Box was open on arrival. Pump was scratched but usable. Gaskets were destroyed.

I am not sure if this is getting to the correct people but, I have not received a refund for the products that were made incorrectly or were incomplete. The Transmission lines were beveled on both surfaces so they inserted easily but then became unseated just as easily. The fuel lines were missing the flexible section that is molded on. Thus you can only get the molded section by ordering the whole line. I had to do that from a different vender as yours were incomplete. Your message from February noted that My refund would be coming shortly but it is mid May now... My first order was lost or never sent. I had to call back to place a second order. The funny thing was they both arrived on the same day. I am now trying to return the extra one and get told I need to pay 10.00 for a fedex label. You lost or never processed the first order correctly. Why do I need to pay to return it to you ?

I have used them yet. But the transmission line I purchase didn't fit. Not correct for car. I can't get anybody to call me back. I hope the rest of my part are correct.Ed 860-205-2021

Ordered a rear flex brake line for a Camaro. Tried to get some basic product info but couldn’t confirm the length-“same as original “. Well , it wasn’t, 3/4” shorter. Raybestos brand I could have bought locally. Received it in a USPS package that cost maybe $4 to send; was charged $15.50 and it took over a week. Won’t buy from IT unless it is a last resort.
