I’m very upset I ordered transmission oil cooler lines. Three lines 2 lines from the transmission and the other line going to the small radiator transmission cooler. After paying for them taking it to the mechanic the mechanic to all three lines off the vehicle matched the three lines with the blue lines that I purchased from you. Finding out that the smaller line was too big so he put the two other lines and ordered the right line which was a shorter line from the dealer because he couldn’t leave my vehicle there in the bay until you send me a different line. He said you can return the line that we can use so. So I called and asked how do I go about returning the line that I did not use because it didn’t fit. Mind you I gave you the Year make and model of my vehicle the size of the transmission Erie and everything you needed to know about my vehicle to get these lines. When I called to return them want year workers who answered the phone said can’t return it because it’s part of a kit. If I would’ve known that I would’ve never ordered. So I need brake lines for my 1999 Chevy Tahoe. Trust me I’m not going to order from use if this is the way use people work. I thought finding In-Line Tubing on the Internet. Would make me happy. That I found brake lines fuel lines transmission cooling lines for my vehicles I’m trying to restore my 99 Chevy Tahoe and I was looking forward to buying all these lies from you. But with this situation. I don’t think so. You need to do something about your policy specially if I gave you the specs of my vehicle and use it can you send me those parts one did not fit. It happens but what happened to make the customer happy. Evidently you don’t know. You could’ve gave me in-store credit. But I guess that’s not the way he’s work so. Hopefully you’ll find away. To take care of situations like this.

Solid material but doesn't fit. Product description step exact replacement. The mounting holes are different, the ports are backwards, and the emergency switch hook up is one wire instead of two wire. Will need to cut and flare all brake lines to work, drill and tap mounting holes in the frame and re wire switch. Other than that exact replacement. 1981 Jeep CJ.

Kits they sell don’t install properly. Instructions are terrible. Customer support is a joke.

My apologies that lines set you purchased was not what you where looking for. All of our conversion line sets move the proportional valve up under the master cylinder to move it away from the Exhaust. I am sorry about your luck with the bolts, after reviewing your request i can have a new set of bolts sent out if you would like. Please just shoot us an email and we can get them sent out as soon as possible!

My apologies on this order, we received your pictures and have offered you a shipping label and a return. we received a message from you stating that due to the discount you received, you wanted to keep the parts rather than return them. If you have any more questions feel free to shoot us an email!

I purchased bolts for my upper and lower control arms and once I received them I sent an email to Inline Tube asking for confirmation of the bolts specification being grade 8. Although they appeared to be an identical reproduction of the original bolts, they could not confirm grade 8 specification. It's nice to have restoration parts that match the original look, but more important the specifications of bolt strength for safety.

My apologies about the confusion on the bolts. These the correct bolts for the application. The difference in head markings is how they would have come from the factory. If you have any more questions about your purchase, Please contact us at Support@inlinetube.com and we will answer any questions you may have.

Bought fuel lines for my 426 1967 Dodge Coronet RT, took 3 years to get car ready to run. Went to install new fuel lines unfortunately the fuel pump to carb T fitting is 3/8" fuel line but T fitting has only 1/4" holes, so how to you attache 3/8" fuel line to 1/4" fitting. Spoke to company rep who was nice but said if its over 90 days too bad. Wasn't concerned that parts weren't right, offer to sell me another set. Probably would be the same.

I ordered transmission cooler lines for my 1995 Chevy S-10 4.3 engine. My mechanic Rob has over 30 years in the business. He said they were the wrong lines and would not fit. I answered the info on the return section and sent a email. A James Dudeck did reply asking where I had got the parts and I replied off Inlinetube web site. MY order number is 12726. I have not heard back.

If you are able to send a picture of your original lines to us we can see if we have the patterns you need and send them to you. Please send these pictures to James and he will get them to our tech.

Prior to ordering your fuel lines (via Summit Racing) for my '72 Plymouth 'Cuda I contacted your sales rep by phone to ask about the lines since the online photos of them are very small and not clear. I specifically asked about whether or not the lines would have rock guard on them as per originals; he said "yes if they had guard from the factory the new lines will too"... Not the case when I received mine; there is some missing from a critical area on one of the lines. Not pleased at all... got_mopar@msn.com

Bill, I apologize for the missing rock guard. The Originals that we have do not have spring on them. I have seen the pattern that you have before that has spring the entire way and I have seen a partial wrapped line. Please let me know how many feet of spring you will need for each line and I can send it to you free of charge. Please send me an e-mail at Support@inlinetube.com.

2 stars for now, I would consider having technical support department on-site as a company, from a customer who bought a $$$$ sizable amount of products I should have to write an email for technical problem when I'm working on the vehicle at that moment. Tell me if I'm wrong.

Avery, We apologize for the inconvenience of or tech department. However the Tech department used to be tied up on a call for an average of 20-30 minutes per call only to get to the end of call and have to request pictures to solve the problem. The Tech department is on site with the parts so that they can solve problems quickly. The e-mail system keeps all inquires in order to that no one jumps in line and we have been able to solve a lot more issues in one day. Please contact us via Chat on the website for a live person the same day.

Ordered two “stock” brake lines due to a rusted line leak. One line fit great the other leaked at the fitting, after trying to seat it numerous times, I made my own fix without the line provided.

We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with our lines. Please send a picture of your original line that did not match to support@inlinetube.com. Sometimes we have a different pattern for a vehicle that had a midyear change and we can send a new one to you at no cost.

A few years ago I went to Inline Tube for all stainless brake lines and fittings for my 68 Camaro. I remember you being very prompt and verified shipments via email. I recently placed a couple of orders and the experience is not what I remembered. I did immediately receive a receipt via email but that was the end of the communication. The first order I placed I needed fairly quickly so I was watching for a ship time and delivery. I never received one so I actually had to email to get the status. The second order I placed (just Monday this week) same thing. Now it is Thursday and I am not sure where it is at, hoping to get it tomorrow.(live in NY) So I am not trying to be too harsh but the experience is not what I remembered. Communication is key.
